Ability to adapt to the client's needs, business vision, constant communication between all the departments involved in the project... In this post we explain the values and skills that your team must have to be able to successfully develop agile projects.
As we recently mentioned in our blog, the Agile methodology emerged in the early 2000s with the intention of correcting some bad practices in project management and, today, it is a standard model in many international companies.
The Agile Manifesto, drawn up in 2001 by a group poland phone number data of professionals dissatisfied with the solutions of traditional models for carrying out projects, includes 12 principles and values, the aim of which is to improve management.
To successfully implement this agile methodology in your company, it is essential that projects do not remain stuck in traditional protocols. You must focus your strategies on actions that give results from the first minute, even if they are not planned within the planning for that specific moment.
It is about breaking with traditional linear planning projects, which, in addition to being very long-term and unproductive, do not take into account possible new developments and modifications until the product or service is delivered to the client.

For example, if the client has a need for content, the project planning does not have to follow traditional standards: audit, buyer persona study, editorial calendar planning, etc. It may happen that when we sit down with the client, we realize that the company has opened a new line of business or, on the contrary, the company has announced a Layoff Plan (ERE).
What do we do: do we follow the rigid strategies of traditional contracts or do we adapt and focus on the specific need of the client? In that case, the content and communication will be focused on the specific needs at that time, on writing valuable content about that new product, or on knowing how to communicate the reason for that ERE… We will go straight to solving the problem, we will not wait for the process to dictate it.
