Qualitative Analysis
User Interviews
A user interview is a method of gathering participants from users of your company's products, website, apps, etc. and conducting an interview. Since you can talk to actual users face-to-face and hear their opinions, you will be able to obtain users' true feelings and insights that cannot be obtained through quantitative analysis such as access analysis. In user interviews, rather than asking questions in a Q&A format, you should be able to get closer to the user's true feelings by asking more in-depth questions based on the user's answers. It is also important to create a relaxed atmosphere to avoid a situation where the user is nervous and unable to speak honestly.

Open-ended survey
Among questionnaire surveys, the results of open-ended questionnaires such as "Why do you think so? Please give us a specific answer" are also useful for qualitative research. Although you cannot ask in-depth questions like in a user interview, you can draw out specific thoughts from users that cannot be obtained through multiple-choice questionnaires.
UI Review
A UI review involves having users use an actual website or app, observing their behavior while using the app, and listening to their opinions. This can lead to many discoveries that the site creators and operators themselves would not have noticed, such as users taking actions that were not anticipated, or not paying attention to areas that should be looked at. If it is difficult to gather users, it is also an option to ask employees who are not involved in the operation of the website or app and do not use it much on a daily basis to help out.
