Documentary inspections conducted by the labor inspectorate are divided into scheduled and unscheduled and are carried out at the location of the agency. The inspectorate requests documents from the entrepreneur concerning labor relations and those directly related to them.

Also, a representative of the supervisory authority may request some additional information at the official level. The need to obtain it is confirmed by an order of the head of the labor inspectorate.

In this case, the owner of the company is obliged to provide all the requested data within 10 working days. Moreover, the documents can be either in electronic form or in the form of certified copies.

On-site inspection
On-site inspections ig database of beauty salons can also be scheduled and unscheduled. Representatives of the labor inspection conduct them at the place of legal registration of the company. The purpose of such inspections is to control the execution of documents and compliance with laws concerning labor relations.

An unscheduled on-site inspection may be conducted at any time of the day. The inspector of the supervisory authority (if he has an ID of the established form) must be provided with unimpeded access to all requested data.

It is prohibited to notify the management of organizations about an upcoming inspection of compliance with labor legislation in the following cases:

if the event is initiated in connection with the receipt by the labor inspectorate of reports of possible violations of the law that threaten the life or health of the organization’s employees;

non-payment or partial payment of wages to the company's employees for the period specified in the contract; absence of other monetary compensation due to employees; appointment by management of wages that are lower than the minimum wage established by Russian legislation;

if an employee has contacted the labor inspectorate with a statement about the violation of labor legislation by the company's management, as a result of which his rights and interests have been infringed.

Since the beginning of 2017, when conducting an on-site audit, inspectors do not have the right to request data from entrepreneurs that was previously provided during a documentary audit. That is, during an on-site audit, representatives of the state supervisory authority can rely only on documents already provided.

When conducting an on-site inspection of a beauty salon, representatives of the labor inspectorate are required to:

notify the head of the company about the upcoming event within the timeframes established by law;

Before starting your duties, present your official identification to the owner of the company or his representative;

provide the head of the organization with a certified copy of the order or instruction of the head of the labor inspectorate to conduct an inspection;

if the inspection is unscheduled, provide the head of the company with a copy of the document confirming that the event has been agreed upon with the prosecutor's office;

provide the head of the organization with the information he requests about the supervisory authority, about the organizations involved in the examination, and their representatives;

do not prevent the head of the company from being personally present during the inspection, and provide all necessary explanations during the event;

provide the owner of the company with complete information about the administrative regulations approving the procedure for conducting the inspection;

do not require payment for the inspection;

provide the head of the organization being inspected with a report containing the results of the labor inspectorate’s inspection of the company;

If the company manager disagrees with the inspection report, accept his written objections, submitted to the labor inspectorate no later than 15 days after receiving the report.
