When communicating with clients in the WAB API, you must strictly adhere to the rules that prevent spam. This way, you can keep the quality rating of your business account at a consistently high level. This indicator determines how WhatsApp evaluates the level of your (as a business) communication with clients, and what rating it gives to messages you have sent in the last 24 hours. If you send out many identical notifications or have complaints from users about spam, the account rating will inevitably fall. However, if clients write first and willingly respond to messages that you send them, then the quality rating increases. Rating information is requested from the messenger marketing platform to which your WAB API is connected.
There are three levels of account quality:
Red - low.
Yellow – medium.
Green - tall.
If you have received many facebook database complaints and notifications are defined as spam, then WhatsApp will mark your business account and give you 7 days to fix the situation. In this case, you need to stop writing messages that look like spam. If the quality does not improve within a week, the level will automatically drop.
When connecting multiple phones to one WhatsApp Business API, the account quality rating will be determined separately for each. If it has dropped to a critical level for one of the numbers, this will be bad, but not fatal. But WhatsApp will be more attentive to user complaints about your mailings.
If there are many complaints about spam from the company, then most likely the account will be in a 24-hour block - you will not be able to send mailings and write to clients outside the 24-hour window. Users will be able to send you letters, but the company will not be able to respond. The restriction will be lifted in 24 hours.
WhatsApp sets a limit on the number of unique recipients per day. But this only applies to messages that you send outside of the 24-hour window (i.e. template messages). The limit of unique recipients per day directly depends on the quality of the business account.

Third . Allows you to send notifications to up to 100,000 unique contacts within 24 hours.
When you register a phone, you are always on the first level. A company can link several numbers to a business account, each of which will have its own level. To increase the quality level of an account, it is recommended:
