Think is good about referral

Post by ishanijerin1 »

-If you have any messages or advice for people who are unsure about making referrals, such as things you pay attention to when reaching out to them, please let us know.

Sugii:
It was the same in Takayama's case, but it's easier to approach someone if you know they'll be your subordinate.
If you don't know where they'll be assigned overseas chinese in australia data or what their specific work will be after joining the company, it's hard to approach them, and I
think there are some people who find it hard to introduce someone for that reason.

Actually, I don't really do referrals that actively. Of course,
if there's someone looking for a new job who seems like a good fit for iRidge, I'd love to hear from them! But
there aren't that many people like that.
I don't force myself to hear from them, I just kind of feel like, "I hope there's someone who seems like a good fit."

- Finally, please tell us what you s.

Sugii:
In the case of Takayama-san, we were working together, so we knew the atmosphere and culture of the company, and we understood each other's
work style, how to proceed with the work, and what we expected of each other.
There was no anxiety, and there were almost no mismatches.

Takayama:
I wasn't worried about the company atmosphere or work environment, but I knew the interviewers and
had worked with them before, so I felt
even more at ease knowing that I was being selected in an environment where we were all familiar with each other.

Thank you very much for taking the time to speak with us, Sugii-san and Takayama-san! During the interview,
I felt that there are various forms of referral hiring, and that some relationships start with joining the company on a contract basis.

I also think that the great advantage of having people already familiar with iRidge's culture and atmosphere can be utilized!
