We have to be where our clients are. Knowing them means knowing where they move, in what environments. Everyone has social networks , creates, shares , comments, investigates. All companies group together by sectors, do networking , discuss their needs, look for solutions. We also have to be there and contribute our grain of sand. We must present ourselves to the world in those channels where our audience is, interact and provide value to create a bond of trust with our prospects, to appear when they need us most.
But here, it is also important to know who visits us, who looks for us, who recommends us, who criticizes us, it is important to analyze how they see us.

We have knowledge and experience in our sector. We must share this experience and value to help our prospects search and make decisions. We must express our point of view on the sector, make known what is new, talk about coo email address lists our tools and services to help solve problems, not from a commercial point of view, but from an educational point of view. Our Blog must speak and have the same discourse as our Web , our Networks and our philosophy. All this will enhance our brand image and improve the perception that others have of us and will increase the degree of trust in our brand.
Step six: convert our visitors into customers.
All visitors, followers or subscribers of our website, networks, blog or newsletter have come to us because they see us as a possible solution to their needs. We must identify which visitors have a clear intention of becoming our clients and which ones continue to investigate and evaluate the options we offer. Knowing when a prospect is ready to sit down with us and close a deal is part of the general strategy of our Marketing Plan and is a consequence of all the joint actions of that strategy. Of all our visitors, some will want to close a deal, another part will need us to provide some content, demo or added value, and the rest will continue to compare us with other solutions before deciding. For all of them we have to define a set of actions and paths so that they remain attentive to our work and do not disperse in the market. Our objective is to attract our clients without interrupting or bothering them, letting them take their own steps, we only have to take care of the way in which we direct their steps towards our main objective: that they be our client and we their trusted supplier .
Steps 7: Measure, Analyze and Improve.
Every action, strategy and result must be carefully measured and analysed. Everything happens and makes sense based on a series of actions or reasons. We must be clear that everything that happens on our website, all the reactions on our networks, the comments and subscriptions on our blog, the increase in customers and sales, have an origin. We must be able to identify and improve it to perfect our strategy. Stop doing actions that don't work, perfect those that do and develop new ones. We must be critical of our work.
All these steps are part of a global strategy, and as we heard at this event, they create and generate an attitude towards our prospects that will lead to long-term results that will improve our positioning as a company, our brand image and our results. This set of actions is part of a new paradigm of Digital and Online Marketing.
