Use browser caching of static resources (JS files, CSS, images, etc.): see here for more information
Compress JS files and CSS file: general.css
Some images on the homepage can be lightened (compression/resizing)
If for branding reasons the number and weight of images/videos became very important, Poiscaille could consider hosting them on a dedicated subdomain, or even using a CDN one day.
Miscellaneous remarks

On mobile (test on a Galaxy S6), when you open the menu, only the text of each menu item is clickable and not the entire button, despite a click effect which gives the impression that the click has been taken into account.
On the homepage on mobile and tablet, the social media icons overlap the text of the carousel slides in a rather ugly way.
In the single order process, selecting a pickup location without choosing chinese overseas british database a date allows the order to be validated but causes a blocking PHP error at the next step.

The subject of indexing will probably have to be addressed in SEO because I have the impression that Google only indexes the homepage (and even then without a meta description!)

Strategy / Identity Analysis of Poiscaille by Antoine Coubray
About the offer
fish offer

What I think about the offer

A clearly presented product and service offering on the homepage – the success of such distribution systems also contributes to the understanding of the offering and its articulation.

About the value proposition
fish value proposition

What I think about the value proposition

Faced with the logistical constraints linked to the parcel system vs. purchases from the fishmonger, the idea is to highlight the structuring aspects of the offer. 'Direct producer': one of the RTBs, well highlighted through the content of the site.
Another avenue could be ethics, particularly through dormant fishing techniques, soft techniques, etc. mentioned in the site's FAQs.
About Trade
fish trade

Answers to logistical 'perceived obstacles' only present in FAQ – What about a dedicated tab?
And in the logbook, by screenshots – what about a simplified / interactive step by step?
Compared to direct competitors (other systems such as AMAP, fishmongers, GMS) the value proposition is differentiating through the quality/traceability of the products offered – on the other hand the logistical aspect could constitute a barrier to subscription conversion: a commitment each month, a time investment, still few collection points, etc. The idea: reassure prospects while first leveraging the elements of desirability, so that the perceived 'cost' is lower.

Finally, I find that the work of argumentation on the benefits of the subscription, the possible progressiveness in the offer is weak. Take inspiration from the masters of SAAS, boxes to optimize the argumentation.

UX / UI analysis of Poiscaille by the Yupeach collective
The visual identity is very nice, and we love the name! Be careful though to be clear enough about the offer proposed at the first reading of the page and especially the responsive! The photos do not go to the edge on the homepage (is a choice) and the tabs are visible or not depending on the screens. There is no clickable link on the first screen, it gives a "landing page" effect.

Moreover, nice elements like testimonials or humor are a little too hidden and would deserve to be highlighted graphically (bigger, colors or contrast)

Be careful with the navbar when you click on the tabs it takes you back to the top of the page (not ergonomic) except for the geographical location where the navigation dynamics are better adapted)

On the other pages the photos of testimonials or fishermen are not all the same width, try to keep a visual unity. The whole is clear and we understand each functionality well.

Last detail you don't have a fav icon (the image in the navigation tab)
