What is the Consulting Kit?
Kit Consulting is a new aid or program that comes from the 'Next Generation EU' funds and that in this case the State allocates to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The program consists of an aid that allows companies to hire advisory services to promote digital transformation . Therefore, this program is included in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2024-2026 of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service.

What does the aid consist of?
The aid consists of a Digital Advisory Voucher that SMEs must use to hire specialized and personalized digital advisory services. This advice is intended to boost the digitalization of businesses. Unlike the Kit Digital program, which subsidizes the acquisition of digitalization solutions, the Kit Consulting program focuses on the contracting of advisory services in digital transformation, but does not finance the acquisition of digitalization solutions or tools.

Who manages Kit Consulting?
Kit Consulting is managed by Red.es, an entity attached to the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service through the State Secretariat for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence. Red.es is a public business entity that aims to promote the development of the information society in Spain and drive digital innovation in different economic sectors. In other words, it is directly managed by a state body.

Once companies request Kit Consulting assistance, if they receive said assistance , they have a digital voucher through which they can count on the digitalizing agents attached to the program, to receive one of the available aid packages. In other words, if a company receives Kit Consulting assistance, it will be able to choose from a series of aids defined by the program and which will be carried out by the company attached to the program that it chooses. An important point is that the companies that can provide assistance to the requesting companies must be accredited by the same program, as is the case with La Teva Web.

How can I apply?
Kit Consulting has an innovative automated processing system , with robotics and Artificial Intelligence tools to reduce bureaucratic workload, decrease the number of documents to be submitted and shorten the granting periods.

SMEs can apply for the aid without providing any initial documentation. In addition, in the process of verifying the justifications for the advisory services, Red.es is launching an Artificial Intelligence platform that will serve as support in this process. This includes an LLM system to detect plagiarism, copies and check the quality of the documents submitted.

Kit Consulting also contemplates the figure of the “voluntary representative”, which allows any third party, whether a natural person or legal entity, duly authorized, to request the subsidy on behalf of the company, thus helping to eliminate paperwork for SMEs and the self-employed. In any case, the process is initiated and will always be managed completely from the official Acelera Pyme platform and specifically from this link .

Who is it for?
The Kit Consulting program is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that meet a series of requirements. The requirements are as follows:

Have tax domicile in Spanish territory.
Be considered a small or medium-sized company.

Between 100 and less than 250 workers: 24,000 euros
