Reuse existing content and see what potential (in terms of people, ideas and content) already exists within your organization.
Talk management language, create graphs and dashboards, and connect to their KPIs and business objectives (don't talk about the whuffie factor, but talk about how investing in LinkedIn works)
Achieve a mini-success that you can use to impress your management (helps).

After a packed, well-organized day, I draw my conclusion. The main target group of this #socmedprak day were, in my opinion, social media starters or those who are still starting out in communication or marketing. They most likely returned with a head and iPad full of new ideas, tips and tools. People who are already quite busy with social media, I think, did not hear much substantive news, but had a day full of 'hey, you here too', 'oh yes, this is also possible' and other useful things that they picked up in between. Such a day is always good for something and I think that everyone got their money's worth. If only because of the mashed red cabbage with apples during lunch. For some, it was only at this point that it became clear what the link was with today's hashtag: #socmedprak.
