Consortium members move R$26 million from FGTS in the first two months

FGTS funds transferred by consortium workers grew by 9.6% in the first two months of 2023. During the period, 482 participants in real estate consortium groups used the fund to use their balances, partially or fully. The amounts transferred reached R$25.9 million, up from R$23.7 million in the same period of 2022.

Movement of R$192 million from FGTS in 2022
The number of consortium workers who used the FGTS to use in the real estate consortium was slightly lower in 2022. In total, 3,576 participants made this choice, just eight fewer than the 3,588 who made the same choice in 2022.
