Mobilar is currently considered one of the leading furniture and electronics stores in Goiás. Given its importance in the market, it was clear that it needed to think about sales and worry about its customers' default rates. As a result, it decided to implement Meu Crediário, a platform specialized in granting credit to traditional retailers, in its operations.

With around 30 years of experience in the market and six physical stores in the state, the result was a real success: the brand managed to reduce the rate of 90-day overdue installments on credit by 80% . In July 2020, when the partnership with Meu Crediário began, the default rate registered by the retail chain was around 20%, while in April this percentage fell to just 4%.

According to Mobilar's owner and sales director, Sandra Carvalho, they were able to achieve these excellent results thanks to the unique solution they found in Meu Crediário. Furthermore, by using the Meu Crediário system, Mobilar was able to do its job much more efficiently, compared to when it first started using its own credit system, which was 27 years ago.

Understand how My Credit works
Meu Crediário is a credit granting system for large operations. Through an Intelligent Credit Decision (DCI) tool, the retailer has greater knowledge of their customers. This way, they know who to sell to without taking risks when granting credit. In addition, our platform guarantees security and also helps you charge buyers with automatic actions.

To be part of Meu Crediário, the user store registers the customer in the ERP. The consumer is then analyzed with the ideal limit for the sale through the credit score presented by the system. All this through a real-time assessment!

After this analysis is done, the seller launches the products that the customer is purchasing, according to the determined credit limit. Then, Meu Crediário informs the seller of the different installment options, also indicating which options are the lowest risk. When the customer chooses the ideal number of installments, the sale is registered.

It is worth remembering that this system also carries out collection and negative listing of defaulting customers . In other words, when the customer pays the debt, the CPF is automatically removed from the system, without human participation and fail-safe.
