Additionally, many orders from one customer can be combined into one grouped order.

BaseLinker allows you to issue single or mass invoices and bills. You can do everything from the order level. Invoices can be automatically transferred to online accounting systems.

To make order management much easier, we can create our own statuses such as "Sent", "Cancelled". Statuses give us more control over orders, especially if we have a lot of them.

BaseLinker has a template system compatible with auction sites, so we can list products based on a single created template. We can also create several templates and assign them to categories or even products.

When posting an auction, we can specify whether the auction should be automatically resumed when all products are sold out and after some time the product becomes available again.

A useful feature when listing an auction is comparing the prices of competitors on Allegro. We can check the prices of specific products, thanks to which we will be able to list our products at attractive prices.

Just like the auction template, before listing the product we should configure shipping prices. We can make shipping dependent on the price and weight of the product.

Built-in product warehouse
Don't have a store on one of the platforms like PrestaShop, WooCommerce or Shoper? No problem - by running a warehouse in BaseLinker, you can sell on many marketplace services without an online store warehouse. This solution gives you the ability to collect all products and listed auctions in one manager.

In the BaseLinker warehouse you can manage stock levels and product prices, store their descriptions and photos and, most importantly, supply all sales channels with information contained in a single database.

The built-in BaseLinker warehouse can also be used to store products that do not fit into the categories of our online store, but we would like to sell them, for example, on Allegro.

The system also allows you to import products from CSV and XML files to our built-in warehouse.

Wholesale / Dropshipping
BaseLinker also has an extensive list of integrations with wholesalers from various industries, including those operating in the dropshipping model . With the help of the tool, you can easily use the warehouse database of selected wholesalers and display products on marketplace platforms. If the store and wholesaler have accounts in BaseLinker, data exchange is made as easy as possible thanks to the special BaseLinker Connect module.
