4Ps Analysis
4P analysis is a method to review your company's products, prices, distribution and promotion from scratch. Like 4C analysis, each element is analyzed separately. In the Product section, you think about what kind of products or services you will provide.
In the same way, we analyze Price, Place (sales location/delivery method), and Promotion engineering directors email leads (sales promotion activities). This allows us to discover marketing issues not only from the customer's perspective, but also from the company's perspective.
STP Analysis
Targeting, and Positioning, and is a method for analyzing each element. It is a framework that can be used regardless of industry or product, and is often used when developing a new business.
First, segment the market with Segmentation, then determine the market you should target with Targeting. After that, consider "what position you should take in the market" with Positioning.

Next, let's visualize the strategy. Here are two useful frameworks to help you do this:
KPI Tree
KPI is a word that means the degree of achievement of organizational goals. A KPI tree is the process of determining the one thing you want to improve the most and breaking it down into its constituent elements. For example, in the field of web marketing, "sales" and "number of members" are often set as KPIs.
