The totality of the obtained data makes it possible to form a system that, based on objective reflection, optimizes operational activities and allows achieving the goals set during strategic planning, and therefore - to implement long-term plans.
Business architecture serves as the foundation of a system that ensures the performance of the main function for which performance indicators are needed – control and decision-making. Along with business architecture, their structure is an important management tool.
