The numerous new functions make inbound marketing with HubSpot even more powerful and convenient. The improvements affect all key areas of the marketing software, from campaign planning and marketing automation to improved analysis options and social media monitoring. My personal favorite are the branches in workflows. This allows leads to be addressed and developed even more individually.

Google_AdWords_Brand_Names_141021-1The thought is tempting! Someone enters the brand name of one of my competitors in a Google search - and my AdWords ad is at the top of the search results. But is that even allowed? The Frankfurt Higher Regional Court has made an interesting ruling on this.

Many people who have already set up a Google AdWords campaign know the problem, Should I include the brand names of my competitors when creating keywords? In the end, this inclusion of competitor brands means that my AdWords ad is also displayed when a searcher enters the competitor's brand name in the search field.
This is of course tempting, as I could potentially direct my competitor's prospects or customers to my site. But is it allowed?
