How to Install Google Analytics on Your Site Using a WordPress Plugin

Post by sumaiyakhatun26 »

This is the simplest solution, but only people using the WordPress CMS can use it. In most cases, all you need to do here is install a plugin and fill in the tracking ID:

1. Go to your WordPress dashboard , then to plugins and search for the plugin called Analytics Tracker (by the way, there are certainly many good plugins that allow you to add and configure basic Analytics tracking, but this is the one I use and it's the one I've tested.

2. After installing the plugin, go to the new tab in your panel called Google Analytics

3. In the Google Analytics tracking ID box, paste your tracking ID

As in the previously described method, check if everything is OK with the code and vietnam rcs data if Google Analytics is counting traffic on the pages correctly.

There is a third method of installing Google Analytics that is worth looking into, as learning this tool will help you with any other tracking code.

Installing Analytics using Google Tag Manager
This implementation has several advantages and, once the IT specialist uploads the Google Tag Manager code to your website (this is the only more difficult aspect of the entire process), you can easily add any subsequent code with just a few clicks.

In addition, each of the potential codes that you upload via GTM to the website in the future, you will be able to precisely describe and sort into folders, as well as create advanced combinations, events and tracking from one place and ultimately control it all from one place.

Enough of the praise – I’ll definitely be sharing more of the benefits and advantages of using Google Tag Manager in a future post – I’m even planning a whole series of them. In the meantime, here’s how to install the Google Analytics tracking code via Google Tag Manager.
