I know from experience that many companies start their operations with the belief that:

In my opinion, this is a fundamental mistake. Whenever content marketing is mentioned, the idea of creating content that is exclusively written, as a company blog or knowledge base, comes up.
I want to point out that I have nothing against this form of action. I also run a blog, and as a company we create and maintain blogs for many businesses that we work with. And they translate into leads.
I will give an example of a furniture company where, using a blog created by an influencer we created, we generate traffic, which is later used for remarketing.
However, it is worth considering:
1.Will this be the best solution for you? Does your target group have time to read this content?
I often choose various essays that I would like to look through. But then it turns out that they remain open only as tabs for weeks. And I don't have time to read them. When for some reason my browser closes and they all disappear, I have no motivation to look for them again. Do you know this from your own experience?
