1. Change the location of field names. On the original page, the names were placed to the left of the fields, which made the landing page inconvenient for quick viewing. By placing the names above the information fields, the specialist improved the readability and overall perception of the page.
2. Clearer description of required information. Mikael made the names of the Description and Total Weight fields clearer by renaming them to "Describe what you want to ship" and "What is the total weight of your package?"

5. Using the "(optional)" label to indicate recommended fields . Almost all fields in the lead form were mandatory and were marked with a red asterisk, which visually increased the size of the page.
To eliminate this repulsive effect, it was decided to mark only the optional fields, of which there were only 2.
