October 2019 : Google has just proposed bilateral agreements with certain media in Australia, Brazil, Germany and the Netherlands, to buy their content. An alliance that French press publishers are resisting. The showdown begins.
November 2019: it is the turn of the French media, Le Monde, Le Figaro, Libération, l'Express, l'Obs and Courrier International, to sign individual agreements.
This is a resolution that balances the reward of value, in the American style.
