Promote and strengthen agile mindset and agile values

Introduce a backlog, break down requirements and prioritize : In recent years, the number of new legal requirements has increased. In order to maintain an overview, create transparency and set priorities, the introduction of a backlog has proven to be a useful tool. For compliance projects, this means dividing regulatory requirements into clearly defined, manageable blocks that can be implemented independently of one another, prioritizing them and presenting them transparently to everyone involved. In this way, important parts of the requirements can be met continuously, instead of trying to implement the entire project in one big step.
Compliance requirements are not necessarily bad, but can also represent opportunities for companies. The ability to react quickly and flexibly to changes, in this case to new regulatory requirements, and to initially dubai consumer email list view them positively is what distinguishes agile teams and organizations. The agile values of openness, respect, focus, courage and commitment form the basis for the success of agile working methods.
