Arbentia promotes digitalization in the Canary Islands company

Last Wednesday, June 19, from Arbentia, Microsoft Gold Partner and technological reference in the Canary Islands, we organized an interesting meeting in the Auditorium of the Port Authority of Las Palmas, with the aim of making our commitment to digital transformation known to companies in the Islands .
The event, “ Microsoft’s new route to boost digitalisation in homeowner database Canarian companies ”, which we organised in collaboration with the Federation of Logistics Operators and Port Services of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria ( Oneport ), was very well received by the more than 50 attendees who, during the day, were able to enjoy 5 presentations aimed at boosting the success of organisations in the field of digital transformation.

Microsoft's commitment to digital transformation and Business Applications
Felipe Monedero, Director at Arbentia, highlighted the importance for companies to reinvent themselves in a digital 4.0 environment that implies new challenges for companies, explaining the proposal and the path designed by Microsoft to face them.
On the other hand, Monedero emphasized the new management systems (ERP and CRM) that integrate different platforms that provide companies with everything they need to grow and reach more customers, increasing margins and reducing operating costs.
Modern Workplace, productivity and innovation
Sergio López, Marketing Director of Arbentia, discussed the importance of working in a modern environment that boosts people's productivity and competitiveness in organizations. A new work culture that encourages teamwork through technology, based on collaboration, flexibility and security .
In addition, Alberto Minaya, Director at Arbentia, addressed the need for companies to convert repetitive tasks into automatic workflows , taking advantage of the data generated by a business to improve decision-making in less time.

Finally, Rubén Pérez, Business Development Director at Intelequia, spoke about Artificial Intelligence and how to automate processes with bots , one of the most disruptive technologies that allow companies to simplify and improve their daily tasks in various areas.
