What is Data Lake?
AData Lake is responsible for storing all of the company's raw data . It has no organization or hierarchy and is only labeled so that it can be analyzed later. You could say that this is a step prior to Big Data.


What is the application of a Data Lake?
The main function that a Data Lake can offer to ig database is its ability to store large amounts of data without having to classify it; it is information in its pure state since it has not received any kind of label.

By only storing data that is not processed or hierarchized, the Data Lake saves a lot of time by not having to perform this function , simply saving the data of all formats equally.


Another advantage of a Data Lake is its low cost, offering organizations that have a vast flow of information the ability to store all their data without having to invest too much.
