Reframing technique

Reframing is an approach to an event from different evaluative positions. The application of the technique is based on a critical attitude to one’s own perception of the situation. Here you need to ask yourself one question: “Do I fully see all the details of the situation and the opportunities it offers?”

Reframing meaning is thinking about other ways of understanding the same event. For example: “My marketer quit. That’s bad, but on the other hand, there’s an opportunity to find a new one, whom I’ll pay less . ”

Context reframing – thinking purchase shareholder database about the circumstances in which a stressful event might have been beneficial. For example: “I don’t like business conferences because of the public conferences, but surely there was something useful about it? – I met new partners, got new clients, or gained experience in personal presentations . ”
