I would say: “Elementary, Watson!”. But the real challenge was in fact, as it happens for the majority of Italian Startups, in managing to create a community and a Brand Reputation in a very short time, starting from scratch and with very little money (basically a marketing budget of a few thousand euros). For reasons of time I cannot go into detail here on all the tactics adopted and the actions implemented (some of which are still in progress and need to be validated), but I will report below a useful summary slide on the Branding Strategy .
