Over the past year, I have been particularly interested in the topic of product optimization. I have noticed that regardless of whether we work with Ukrainian-language or English-language search, the promotion of online stores, especially in competitive niches, is becoming an increasingly difficult task. There are many serious participants competing in the market. This creates two problems: first, category promotion requires more and more effort and resources - a lot of links are needed. This is confirmed in presentations and reports, where they often talk about the need for a large number of links and valuable content. On the other hand, categories show worse results if product optimization is not carried out.

Many novice online store owners face the problem of belarus telegram data not getting the expected results when they launch their store. We create a structure of categories, sections, subsections, filters, tags, etc., and although all this is indexed, even with the links placed, we do not get the expected growth in positions. Why does this happen? Often, due to the fact that attention is focused less on the pages of a specific product, which ultimately leads to their low quality. This problem with low quality product pages can hinder the growth of results. Today we will try to understand what makes a product card high-quality or low-quality, focusing on quantitative indicators.

Another important reason to actively work on product optimization is their high conversion rate. If a user searches for a specific product name and lands on our page, they are more likely to make a purchase. However, quite a few people work on product semantics. In most cases, online stores work on categories but do not pay attention to optimizing individual products. So, there are four reasons why I believe that focusing on product optimization can provide significant benefits.
