Recently I was accused of being a 'link thief'. Simply because I retweeted a message without mentioning the original Twitter source, the other party appeared to be angry. What followed was a somewhat strange conversation in which no one was right. Personally, I do not see retweeting an @name as etiquette or obligation, but as a choice.

Why yes?
You leave a name if it has added value, the person has thought of the interpretation of the message and that is more meaningful than just the headline of the article or a summary of the content. The information is fresh from the press and he is one of the first sources, that results in a mention in the retweet.

I also consider mentioning the @name, while this information india phone number list is actually superfluous. His name will appear as the author in the article itself or it is placed on the own website, so this information is already prominently present.
