How do you heat up an IP?

Post by Ehsanuls55 »

We've defined what IP warming is, shown why it's important, and looked at some of the tools available.

Now let's look at how you can actually warm up your account without using a specialized tool.

We'll use the example of LaGrowthMachine's lead generation campaign as a use case, and explain what you need to do to properly warm up your account.

Step 1: Create an account on LaGrowthMachine and connect it to your channels
Completely free for the first 14 days, LaGrowthMachine is an omnichannel sales automation tool. Designed to help you reach your leads, it can help you quickly grow your business.

Creating an account is easy, simple and without any commitment. A few clicks vp purchasing officer email lists and you're done!

Simply head over to our registration page and fill in the required details and you're done!

The only thing left to do is connect your different channels – LinkedIn, Twitter and Gmail – to start your automation campaigns .

Step 2: Upload your lead list
Now that your account is ready to go, you can start adding the leads you'd like to target.

Whether you already have a list ready or want to start from scratch, you can easily upload it to your LaGrowthMachine account.

Simply head over to the leads section and hit “Import leads” and voila! You’re ready to start your campaigns.

Step 3: Create your first campaign and warm up your IP
We're finally here! This is where the email warmup happens.

Before you jump headlong into your campaigns, it's important to start warming up your account slowly. And you can do just that with LaGrowthMachine!

We suggest you start with a small number of emails, say 50 – 100 messages in the first couple of days.

If you have a new email account, spend the next 3 weeks exchanging emails with people outside your organization to properly warm up your email domain. Also, subscribe to different newsletters to receive a steady stream of emails.

Thanks to our analytics and reporting interface, you can easily measure the deliverability rates of your campaigns – avoiding hard bounces – and adjust accordingly on the fly.
