How can you create a custom keyword list?
Once we have completed our keyword research, we can group the set of keywords into a tool that provides us with more information about the market segment in which we are going to operate.
To do this, we can rely on Sistrix, as it has a feature that allows us to group the set of keywords in just 2 minutes.
We just have to go to the “lists” section, create a new list and we will be able to import the set of keywords that interest us.
This interface will appear in which we will only have to update the SERPs analysis marked in red.

What information should we consider in our keyword list?
This can be extremely useful for considering a competitor that we had not initially considered, analyzing the search intent of the different keywords, knowing the particularities that the SERPs present, obtaining ideas for informational content or giving us ideas for categorizing our site by clusters.
If we look at the side sections of the interface, we can see the different applications it offers.
Analyze competitors
In the competitors section we can see the total number of sites that rank for the insurance leads for seniors email database keywords we have imported, as well as their market share and the number of keywords that are in the top 10 and top 100.

Grow with us!
We can also see the weight of each search intent, both in general and individually for each keyword. We can also see how we can filter to show us those keywords with a certain search intent.
Thanks to this, we can group keywords by search intent and determine how we should orient our content to reach the sought-after top positions in the SERPs.

Knowing the characteristics of SERPs
We already know the importance of analyzing SERPs as part of our SEO strategy. Manuel Jimenez has already talked about how we should take into account Google's results pages and how to get the most out of them.
Through this feature we can also know how, broadly speaking, the SERPs are composed for the calculation of keywords that we have imported.
In this case, we can see that 14% of the keywords contain a shopping block and 7% contain Ads. This module can be very useful in those cases in which we see that the SERPs present certain modules that we must take into account to increase our visibility and how we should direct our content (news section, videos, etc.)

Get traffic estimate
Through this interface, we obtain an estimate of traffic, based on the search volume and the current or estimated position for each keyword.
We should use this data as a guide. After all, the estimated clicks are determined by position and estimated CTR. Even so, we can see that for keywords after position 10, no clicks are obtained and, the better the position, the greater the volume of clicks captured.
Finding informational search patterns
Through the functionality, we can see how, depending on the keywords that make up our list of keywords, we are provided with a list of questions that can be useful to extract ideas about what topic to address in our informational publications.
